1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the True Dynamic DNS (“True DDNS”) Service provided by True Online, a business unit of True Internet Corporation Co., Ltd. (“True”,“True Online”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Dynamic DNS (DDNS) Service enables Users to associate a dynamic IP address operating under a Carrier-Grade Network Address Translation (CGNAT) environment with a system-assigned subdomain and port number. The Service provides external access to the User’s internal devices, servers, or network services via an automatically generated endpoint in the format of [user-defined-name].trueddns.com:[system-assigned-port].

True reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to allocate, modify, suspend, or revoke any subdomain name, port number, or structural configuration of the Service as deemed necessary for security, operational stability, regulatory compliance, or efficient network resource management, without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

• The User must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent.
• The User must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration and Security

• The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• All activities under the User’s account are deemed authorized by the User.
• True shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The User agrees not to use the Service for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Distribution of malware, phishing, or spam
• Unauthorized network intrusion or DDoS attacks
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Content that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful

6. Domain and Hostname Usage

The Dynamic DNS Service currently supports only subdomain usage under the primary domain trueddns.com. Users may register and use subdomain names subject to system availability and policy restrictions. At this time, the Service does not support the use of personal, custom, or privately owned domains.

True reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to allocate, modify, or revoke subdomain names and to update domain support policies in the future for technical, security, or operational reasons, with or without prior notice.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. True does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service disruption.

8. Fees and Payments

The Dynamic DNS Service is provided free of charge to active True Online internet subscribers. The free usage entitlement is limited to a maximum of one (1) subdomain per user account and no more than ten (10) port numbers per subdomain.

True reserves the right to modify the free service conditions, including but not limited to the number of subdomains, port allocations, or the introduction of service fees in the future, with or without prior notice.

9. Data Privacy

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand. Service usage logs and IP addresses may be recorded for security and operational purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Service remain the exclusive property of True or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for lawful use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User within the preceding twelve (12) months, if any.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless True and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

True reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of violation of these Terms, legal obligations, or prolonged inactivity. Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

14. Amendments

True may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
